Do we have to use grades if our board reports marks?

No. Grading scales are optional configuration. If your school reports marks, you can work in marks and leave grade bands unused.

Can we record community and income certificates?

Yes. Both are among the student document types, stored on private storage and reachable only by authorised staff.

Which boards can be recorded?

State, matriculation, CBSE, ICSE, IB and Cambridge, plus an other category. The board is recorded on the school profile.
