Documents are stored against the student, staff member or vehicle they belong to, with optional expiry dates — so the system can tell you what is missing and what is about to lapse.

Does the system warn us before a certificate expires?
Yes. Documents carry an optional expiry date, and the dashboard and compliance report surface items approaching or past expiry.
Can we see which students have incomplete files?
Yes. The compliance report lists students missing a required document, so gaps are visible before someone asks for the paperwork.
